there is a real violation or threat of violation of constitutional rights and there is no other effective legal means to protect them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It may be filed against:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acts or resolutions of <strong>administrative authorities<\/strong> o <strong>judicial<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provisions or regulations that
