Learn about labor consultingWhat does this tool calculate?
This calculator estimates the monthly net salary taking as a starting point the ordinary salary, incentive bonus, variable income, and main deductions.
IGSS
The tool allows you to apply the IGSS employment contribution rate to the applicable salary base. By default, it uses 4.83%, but the field can be edited for adjustments or specific cases.
ISR
The tool makes a simplified annual projection of income tax on employment income for the 2026 fiscal period. It applies the general deduction of Q48,000, the employee IGSS contribution, the additional deductions entered and, if selected, the transitional extraordinary deduction of Q3,024 established for 2026.
Net income
The estimated net salary results from subtracting IGSS, ISR, and other authorized deductions from the total monthly income entered.
